Supporting A Safe Community

The Teslin Doorbell Initiative is all about keeping our community connected and safe. Beginning in 2026, residents are invited to apply for a doorbell camera that DDC will purchase and install at no cost.

Supported by Deisleen Development Corporation (DDC), this initiative promotes the use smart doorbell technology as a way to keep our homes, our families and our community safe.

The first phase of the project invites residents in the Village and Smarchville to apply using the online form.

Applications are simple and only take a few minutes to complete. We encourage interested residents to apply early, as funding is limited and cameras will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Doorbell cameras can help residents monitor activity around their homes, receive notifications when visitors arrive, and provide peace of mind for families and neighbours alike.
